1. Antibacterial masterbatch

2. Flame retardant masterbatch

Generally, flame retardant masterbatches are specially treated to improve their compatibility with plastic resins, making it less likely to cause problems such as delamination, blooming, and patterns even when the amount of flame retardant masterbatches added to the resin is large.

3. Filler masterbatch

5. Anti-formaldehyde masterbatch

6. Cooling Masterbatch
The cooling masterbatch was initially used in the PP spinning process, in order to reduce the high viscosity of PP and prevent the decomposition of other additives and pigments at high processing temperatures. The cooling masterbatch can reduce the molecular weight of PP, thereby reducing the processing temperature of PP.
Its main ingredient is peroxide. At present, the application range of cooling masterbatch has been expanded, and it has become a common additive for some PP modification manufacturers, especially in the production of high-flow PP (such as large thin-walled storage barrels in supermarkets).
  The cooling masterbatch is also mainly used for polypropylene spinning. Due to the high molecular weight of polypropylene, the temperature during spinning is as high as 300°C. In this way, it is easy to decompose additives, pigments, etc. The cooling masterbatch can generally reduce the spinning temperature by 10~50°C, which improves the spinning process.
